Why I Do This

When I was 19, with a future full of possibilities, an accident changed everything. I broke my neck playing rugby—the sport I loved—and faced months of recovery, uncertain if I’d walk again. Just days after my injury, I lost my nanamy rock and the most important woman in my lifeHer passing deepened my struggle but also fuelled my determination to heal.

Returning to the gym was one of the hardest parts of my journey. I went from working out every day to battling fear, doubt, and insecurity, feeling like a stranger in my own body.

My goal is to help others find the gym as a positive space for growth, resilience, and renewed confidence.
